Nexage Announces Promotion of Bill Guild To Vice President, Product Management

BOSTON – September 2, 2010 – Nexage (www.nexage.com), a leading provider of mobile monetization solutions for publishers and application developers, today announced the promotion of Bill Guild to Vice President of Product Management.

In his new role, Guild will be responsible for product management, partner development, and product marketing. Nexage is planning a series of upgrades and new product offerings in 2010 and 2011 to support its aggressive customer acquisition plans, and Guild will handle strategic planning related to all new product development.

In making this announcement, Ernie Cormier, CEO and President of Nexage said, “Bill has demonstrated his ability to accomplish key objectives and goals in an efficient, energetic, and focused manner. He has been responsible for an aggressive, but fully rationalized and resource-balanced product roadmap. His thought leadership within and outside the company on mobile advertising products, specifically around mediation, data layers, and exchanges, makes him an excellent fit for this new role. I am pleased to promote Bill as Nexage moves forward into the next phase of aggressive growth.”

Guild began his career in the mobile advertising marketplace when he worked at Third Screen Media, a mobile advertising company that was acquired by AOL in 2007. As Director of Product Management, Mobile Ad Serving, Guild was responsible for the technology platform strategy and roadmap. Prior to Third Screen, Guild worked primarily in campaign management and database marketing for a number of high caliber companies including Oracle and Amdocs. He joined Nexage in January of 2010.
