Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus but not necessary providing you have demonstrated an entrepreneurial approach in your roles.

You have superior written and verbal communication skills; strong quantitative skills are a plus. You are creative when appropriate, but analytic in execution. You are relentlessly focused on delivery of results. You don’t allow obstacles to deflect or deter you; you are a master of prioritization of your own time and the team’s time. You have the charisma to get people to follow you, but the organizational skills to keep them pulling together towards the right goals.

You probably have at least a bachelor’s degree, but not necessarily if you are able to demonstrate past successes. You are a team player, can and will contribute to the company’s culture and spirit, and are a leader. You have a passion for growing companies and for seeing the outcomes that your vision and work have on consumers, businesses, and the industry.
