Demand Services Manager

As a Demand Services Manger at Nexage, you have a passion for mobile technology and superior client services.  You have experience with mobile technology and have successfully worked directly with key Demand clients, preferably in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Organization

This person will be a critical contributor within our Demand Services Team.  This group reports to the Director of Demand Services and works closely with the Demand Sales, Publisher Services and Client Technical Services teams.  We all work together in our Waltham (MA)  office, right outside of Boston.

Responsibilities

We’re the leading mobile advertising exchange. The Nexage Exchange, composed of an integrated RTB and mediation platform, delivers extraordinary value for buyers and sellers alike. It’s the most efficient and liquid independent mobile ad market for publishers, app developers, demand sources, agencies and advertisers.

As a Demand Services Manager, you will:

  • Account manage a number of key Demand accounts; tasked with driving revenue for our publisher and Developer clients
  • Integrate new demand sources (ad networks, DSPs) into the Nexage Exchange, composed of both mediation and RTB, allowing our publisher clients to monetize their inventory with additional sources
  • Be an expert user of the Nexage products, as well as other third party partner platforms.
  • Oversee Demand business reviews (Quarterly) and general account communications (Day-Day)
  • Perform pre-sales support, including giving demonstrations of our platform to potential clients
  • Gather product requirements from Demand clients feeding into Product Management

Qualifications

As a Demand Services Manager, you have 3+ years of experience in mobile technology, working with mobile ad servers and mobile delivery platforms.  Experience with advertising (online or mobile) a big plus. You have held pre-sales support responsibilities and have proven to have excellent Client Service skills.   You have a detailed understanding of the complexities of the mobile ecosystem and the ability to explain these concepts to non-technical people.  You enjoy being challenged professional while having direct exposure to clients and contributing to the success of the company.

You are self-motivated, dependable, accountable, detail-oriented, and passionate about your work.  You have great communication skills with both an inward and outward focus. You enjoy tackling problems that are often elusive, sharpening your own skills, sharing knowledge, and discussing best practices and techniques.

You have at least a Bachelor’s degree.  You are a team player who can and will contribute to the company’s culture and spirit.  You have passions equally for technical excellence and seeing your work have an impact on consumers, businesses, and the industry.  This is in part why you’d prefer a high-visibility, high-impact role in a fast-paced early stage company versus the alternative.  You aspire to great things and are willing to work to get there.
